Schedule of Fees and Payments

Payment for reserve and facility use is in accordance with the City of Cockburn’s Fees and Charges Schedule.  The amounts shown are in dollar values per player per season and are GST inclusive.

Seasonal Hire Fees

Seasonal Hire Fees entitle the sporting club to use of the sporting reserve for up to three (3) training sessions per week and one (1) day of fixtured games.

*N.B.  Where a club nominates to have more than 3 training and 1 match session in their seasonal allocation, a pro-rata fee will apply to those additional sessions.
 
Clubs will be required to nominate expected membership numbers for the season in the Seasonal Sporting Hire Application.  The City will invoice clubs for ground and facility hire in the later in the season.  Prior to invoicing staff will double check with clubs that the numbers provided in the booking application form are still acceptable to use.

Services Provided for Seasonal Hire

The payment of the Seasonal Hire Ground fees entitles the club to the following facilities if available:

Grass and Hard Court Fees

  • Use of the playing surface as per the application form

  • Use of public toilets (where available)

Change rooms/Toilet Fees

  • Access to change rooms

  • Access to private toilets

Clubroom/Canteen Fees

  • Access to clubroom/community room

  • Access to a canteen

Change room and clubroom fees only apply to those clubs under a seasonal agreement. Clubs under a lease or management agreement are exempt from paying this fee.

Floodlighting is a separate charge. All electricity consumption resulting from floodlighting will be invoiced directly to the club at the completion of the season. Invoiced amounts will reflect meter readings for floodlighting.
