School Groups Bookings for Reserves

Request use of Reserve for School Sporting event

Please complete this form to request dates for school sports carnivals and other sporting activities on City of Cockburn reserves in the next school year. This allows the City to schedule reserve use accordingly.
 
Please Note:  If you are completing this form on behalf of a larger school district association, you will be the designated contact for all correspondence, including invoices.
Every effort will be made to allocate dates and reserves as requested, however please provide a secondary option in case of duplicate requests being received. Once all dates have been finalised, a booking application form will be sent with a list of the dates allocated.
